Siamo stati a Matera per una visita di qualche giorno e abbiamo alloggiato in questo bed and breakfast. Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie alla gentilezza di Miriam in qualsiasi occasione. Camera e pulita, posizione a ridosso dei sassi ma non nell’umidità delle cave (e questo è ottimo). Ritorneremo La camera Londra ha un balconcino meraviglioso. Ps: unico suggerimento, si potrebbe ampliare il buffet salato della colazione e allungare leggermente i tempi in cui è possibile fare colazione.

A malincuore lasciamo matera in anticipo per motivi di lavoro,abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura nella camera new York con vista sul castello ed una bellissima terrazza. Il posto è centrale,comodo,moderno,pulito insomma veramente consigliato. La simpatia e l ospitalità di Miriam ti fanno sentire a casa.

Perfect place to explore Matera
Perfect location. Modern standard but still close to the Sassi streets. Easy free parking on the street not far away. Miriam is a great host and you will be taken care of. Highly recommended 👍

Livingston é stato il luogo perfetto per soggiornare a Matera. É ubicato in una posizione strategica per visitare la città, la nostra stanza era ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. L'ambiente comune é cosi accogliente che sembra di stare a casa. La colazione offre prelibatezze per tutti i palati. Ultimo, ma non per ultimo, Miriam é un oste meraviglioso, puntualissima nel rispondere, disponibile e ci ha regalato ottimi consigli per vivere al meglio la splendida Matera. Consigliatissimo!!!!!

Tutto veramente perfetto!!!!. Camera, pulizia e struttura. Ottima posizone a due passi dalla zona pedonale e dai meravigliosi Sassi. Colazione eccellente ma la vera, fondamentale differenza nasce dal sorriso di Miriam, dalla sua disponibilità e dalla sua capacità di farti sentire a casa!!!!.

B&B di recentissima realizzazione, camere arredate con gusto, pulizia maniacale, colazione ricca di dolce e salato. Ubicazione eccezionale, in 4 minuti sei nel centro storico. Miriam accoglie i suoi ospiti on maniera calorosa e cordiale. Una perfetta padrona di casa. Brava! . Se avrò occasione di tornare a Matera, sarò sicuramente ospite di questa bellissima struttura.

Despite its very high rating, as well as the numerous positive comments about owner/hostess Miriam, our stay at Livingstone B&B in Matera greatly exceeded my wife's & my expectations during our two night stay in June 2024. There are three individual guest rooms (we saw all three, and each one is massive, especially when compared to hotel rooms in Italy) with ensuite bathrooms. Our room, New York (the other two are London and Paris), was on the top floor of the apartment, so we enjoyed privacy and solitude, plus the added bonus of a private balcony area, complete with a sun lounger. Livingstone is bright, modern, and impeccably clean. Miriam obviously takes great pride in Livingstone, and is certainly passionate about providing the absolute best experience possible for each and every guest. The photos are 100% accurate, and reflect what you see and experience when staying at Livingstone. Livingstone is conveniently located less than a three minute walk (two right turns, then down the hill) to the town square, where you'll enjoy magnificent views down to the Old Town historic area of Matera. If ever my wife & I return to Matera, we will absolutely definitely stay at Livingstone again.
